We provide tables, chairs, coffee pots, coffee urns, and an ice machine. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and a two/burner hot plate in the kitchen.
Please Note: Our entire ranch is an alcohol and tobacco-free facility.

- Small Groups (50 or less) $150.00 for 4 hours
- Large Groups (More than 50) $300 for 4 hours
