We provide tables, chairs, coffee pots, coffee urns, and an ice machine. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and a two/burner hot plate in the kitchen.
Please Note: Our entire ranch is an alcohol and tobacco-free facility.
Pricing
- $25 – Non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
- $200 for 4 hours for parties of 50 or less
- $400 for 4 hours for parties of more than 50
- $1,000 for weddings, family reunions, or full day events.
- $100 Optional Cleaning fee (waived if you clean facility after your event)
